Zyrtec

Programs:
Procreate, Photoshop

Zyrtec is an antihistamine medication commonly used to relieve symptoms of allergies, such as sneezing, itching, and a runny nose.
The sequence begins with the main character applying makeup to prepare for a date, only to discover her crush in the same car. The second frame depicts the allergy symptoms triggered by a flower. Finally, despite being covered in her saliva in the last frame, her crush still recommends Zyrtec.
This style frame aimed to inject humor into Zyrtec, which is often perceived as an uninteresting and somewhat intimidating medicine.

Process

My process began with researching the brand, followed by diving into mind mapping. I then collected references featuring subtle lighting, vibrant colors, and distinctive linework. During the composition of each frame, I took many photos of my friends and selected the one that worked most effectively.
